“Dealing with Pascal and The Prince of Fresh Air has been nothing short of his namesake. Punctual, considerate, thorough and went above and beyond.We had our furnace give out he was recommended by friends. He was contacted in the late evening and showed up early the next morning to give a full inspection and break down of everything going on with our unit. Pascal walked us through all the issues, ensured we understood the situation fully and left us with comprehensive write up and understanding of the problem.Though the news was unfortunate and we needed a full replacement, we felt comfortable that he was being fully transparent with us. He provided us same day quotes so we could feel confident we were making the best decision. He surprised us by dropping off space heaters for the house while waiting for his availability for the new furnace to be installed. He proceeded to make himself available earlier than he anticipated and got the job done in one painless day. “5 star all the way. I was in need of a gasket and screen for my esbar heater service. Called in and the gentleman said he would be there following day, which worked perfect for my schedule. When I went to grab them unfortunately I just had my wife's card on me and he took all info from me and charge later. Unfortunately for some reason her card did not work so I got a voice message to contact Edmonton lady and gave her my card info. She put through the charge and sent me a email receipt. So great to deal with these guys I will go back anytime I need Espar parts ,service or purchase.Thank you“

This location has 1 flaw (the order desks and the loading bay are very close and the wall between the 2 is short. Its very loud and hard to talk to the employees at a couple feet apart.“
