Over the holidays my furnaces flame sensor stopped working. I called nine different furnace companies and Fagnans Furnace service was the only company available to come the same day. Alexei Boiarski was the furnace technician who responded to the call. He was very helpful and exceeded my expectations on the time it took to complete the repair. He was knowledgable and polite, I was lucky to have stumble upon this company. I would highly recommend their service, therefore felt obligated to write a review as I was impressed with the entire process.

Unreal customer service. I had an issue last night with my furnace and I called Fangnan's emergency service. The time to get back to me was very reasonable and the tech that called me was fantastic. He listened carefully was able to offer assistance. My family and I are grateful for the experience we had with this company. We had heat only because of this technician. I would highly recommend this company. They have a new customer for life in me.
