Punctual, considerate, thorough and went above and beyond.We had our furnace give out he was recommended by friends. He was contacted in the late evening and showed up early the next morning to give a full inspection and break down of everything going on with our unit. Pascal walked us through all the issues, ensured we understood the situation fully and left us with comprehensive write up and understanding of the problem.Though the news was unfortunate and we needed a full replacement, we felt comfortable that he was being fully transparent with us. He provided us same day quotes so we could feel confident we were making the best decision. He surprised us by dropping off space heaters for the house while waiting for his availability for the new furnace to be installed. He proceeded to make himself available earlier than he anticipated and got the job done in one painless day.
