Quick response to an urgent drain issue... but the scheduled appointment didn't happen because of a booking error. Butler Plumbing called promptly when they realized the error, apologized, and arranged for prioritized service, which was completed the next day. Mistakes happen: how a company responds is an indicator of its commitment to customer care, and I was satisfied, though a bit of a discount wouldn't have gone unappreciated. Won't hesitate to call next time I need a plumber.

I had a great experience using Butler Plumbing Heating & Gasfitting for a repair on my furnace. I spoke with Chelsey on the phone, who was very polite and helpful, and she was able to get me in right away. Chris came on-site to diagnose and repair my furnace--he was very polite, punctual and professional, as well as very honest and didn't come across as trying to upsell me on anything I didn't immediately need. His work was clean and quick, and I'm happy to have my furnace working like a charm again! Would definitely use Butler again and highly recommend them.

Bathroom sink was leaking and the shutoff valve was faulty so water was running down our walls! Butler was here within an hour and quickly rectified the problem, and even installed new tap faucets for us. Very reasonable pricing with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
