Left an email about my leak and draining issues at a rental unit. Got a call from Tom who said he would be able to stop by and have a quick look the next morning. Told him I was just getting quotes at the time but he said it would be no problem to just look and then he could quote me. He spent about half an hour there and just jumped right in to fixing before acknowledging pricing. Fixed the leak and helped the draining of the toilet, but still not resolved. Charged me 170 bucks.Thankful for his help and prompt service As well as him sharing knowledge. I guess I should have known better. Had a little communication problem at the beginning but Tom was very professional and polite. My tub drain was not a standard size so he ran off and got a new drain that was better then I expected. He installed it and cleaned up afterwards. Also the service was done for a reasonable price. I will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.
I have used Tom at A-1 Rooter Plumbing for many years and he is very reliable and quick to respond to service calls! Through challenging situations he has always helped me, been very polite and pleasant, and always answered my calls ready to take on my job regardless of how small it is. Thanks for the great service Tom over the years and you will hear from me again!
