We ordered two services from this company. The first was carpet cleaning followed by furnace cleaning one week later. The carpet cleaner, Rob, took a lot of pride in his workmanship. Based on my past experience with several carpet cleaning companies (the more well known ones), he took longer to do the job and really gave the rough spots a thorough cleaning. We had two people (Mike and Kyle) clean the furnace, vents, and dryer vents. They also installed a new furnace filter. Like the carpet cleaner, they were very diligent and took pride in their work. I want to express my thank you for Devon and Shannon for rescuing my 2 month old kitten Oreo out of the furnace duck that fell from the upstairs vent all the way to the basement vent after 5 hours of being trapped down there They are such good people I only wish there were more people like them in this world. From now on I will only call Devon and Shannon from Britcan Furnace cleaning to do our Furnace ducks. Thank you again ?

If there are more stars to put in their services I would do, Mike and Devon are very thorough, efficient in what they do. New furnace filters (washable) now installed in my furnace that would help me and my granddaughter minimize allergy and asthma episodes. Thank you so much!
