I have never felt more heard and validated by a nurse or physician in this area of medicine. They both take any and all questions, take the time you need without feeling rushed and you aren't forced to be out in 10 minutes like most providers I've seen.

Arrived early for my appointment, not long of a wait since Regina was finishing up with a regular of hers when I showed up, once I was up and told her what I wanted, she had a few helpful suggestions that I ran with and my haircut turned out so much better than I expected. I was passing through Casper for really only a couple of days, and needed to get green manic panic out of two strips of my hair. Bailey was able to see me the same day, not only got the green out but brightened up the blonde I originally had. It’s obvious she cares about her work and clients. I love this place and so do my girls. She does a fantastic job on a wide variety of hair types. I have thin brittle hair, one daughter has extremely curly thick hair and my other daughter has long normal hair and she cuts all of our hair perfect every time.
Kasey has been cutting my hair for 5 years, First at Sportsclips, then at a private chair and then at Walmart. In every instance she has given me a superb haircut. I go to her exclusively as she is spot on every time and knows exactly how I want it cut. With her new business, I can finally call The Powder Room my personal and preferred barber. I took my aunt, sister, and myself out to get our nails done to celebrate my sister's birthday. The three technicians you're amazing. I'm the only one who did a full set, and my technician, Tom, was wonderful. They are a little outside my box, but I love them anyway.
The gal that did my mani pedi was so great! I’m sad she didn’t speak much English because I wanted to tell her she did super good. I’m am prone to ingrown toenails and she noticed and was very gentle and clipped and dug them right out! I’ve never had a pedi where they paid attention to that usually they just lob off the top of my toenail and call it a day. I think her name was Delemily?? I wish I could spell it haha, but she was wonderful.

Was on vacation visiting my Grandma and was feeling impulsive and decided to go get a tragus piercing. Ashlyn pierced me and was very kind and sweet and kept making sure I was okay which I appreciated. I told her last piercing (from a different place) was awful and sort of traumatic experience. She was empathetic and put me at ease. I also said I'm a big people pleaser and have anxiety telling artists when I don't like something because I'm scared how they will react. She initially pierced it askew and I had trouble telling her that but she asured me it was okay and re-piercied me immediately at no charge which was incredibly kind. The 2nd round went great and is healing well. Thank you for giving me hope in piercers again :))

City services Bryan and his Team is the best! Yesterday I called City Service because we had an exhaust fan not working and “One”Company spend two days gave me a price of $2283 to replace the motor; so I called Bryan, he send a young man came in 20mins ( he knew we need the fan working badly) , he spend under one hour to found out was no power to the Motor. After had the power, the Fan runs smoothly! So I only going to pay one hour ( or little more) labor instead of $2283 pay someone to order the motor and replace it with Two days later! Yes , is Holiday. Happy Holiday!

My Nissan had problems with a loose wire where they plug in the program, and they came back multiple times trying and was able to get it reprogrammed. Bought a house with shag carpet but underneath was beautiful oak floor. Whited refinished the floor, replaced the kitchen tile floor with new subfloor and oak so it blends like it was always hardware floor through the whole house. Absolutely love it!

Steve and his crew are an excellent team! I had to have my septic tank replaced. Steve went over all the possible options I had if I didn't want to replace it. I felt my decision was well-informed, and I wasn't pressured into buying the new tank. Steve is definitely a family-oriented guy and is straight with his customers. So many other companies out there are looking to pad their front end. Not Steve. Allterra Construction has a great reputation, and Steve prides himself and his company on customer satisfaction!

East side clinic: My two new male kitties Roman and Zeke had their first wellness visit and their rabies shots with Dr. Huber. She and all the staff were great with my boys! ? More recently my two kitties were neutered and chipped by Dr. Schoonover, plus given more vaccinations. I always worry when a pet goes under anesthesia, but the boys did well. The doctors and support staff were excellent with my precious boys! 5 cat hearts!

We saw Dr. Jana Brown today for an emergency situation with our cat. She was wonderful! My call was returned very quickly, and our cat was seen in less than an hour. She was very caring and thorough, and helped to point us in the right direction to address the recent onset of health needs for our cat for the long term - not just today. I read someone else’s review commenting on how strong the women’s hands were here and it made me motivated to try. I’ve always asked for max pressure/depth with previous massages. The thai deep tissue massage here was on another level and I thought it was SPECTACULAR! Multiple different modalities and techniques were utilized, her hands knew where my tissues weren’t behaving and really worked out all the bad. Deep tissue isnt for everyone, but I will absolutely be back
