Megan and her team at Terminix are truly exceptional.

From start to finish, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional. They stayed on top of everything, followed through on every detail, and made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed. It is rare to find a team that is this responsive and genuinely committed to doing things the right way.

What stood out most was their empathy and professionalism. They took the time to listen, explain, and ensure everything was handled properly without ever making it feel rushed or transactional.

We called Terminix after we saw evidence of carpenter ants in our basement. They came out same day and treated for them. Excellent service, will definitely use them should the need arise in the future.

RJ got right back to us to schedule the work, showed up a little early and was very informative! He even scheduled a revisit to follow up his work! Great at his job and simply one of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor in Casper!Services: Bug & insect extermination
