He does a great job not only with the work but with communicating promptly keeping me informed. Very flexible as I’ve added a few more things. He also works well with other contractors and I really appreciate that too.

I recently took in an elderly neighbor's dog after she passed. I reached out on a local Facebook page looking for help as this little guy was in bad shape. DJ's reached out and offered their services for free! I dropped Tucker off at 8:30 and he was ready a hour later. He was clean and the matted fur around his butt was all gone. He smelled great and looked awesome. I will be making regular appointments here on out to keep up on this baby's long fur. Thank you DJ.

Afterwards, he cleaned up very well and packed everything out.
He also pointed out that our lines were clogged, so he went ahead and I clogged them for us.

With our busy schedules and commitments.. Urban tails has been a life saver and has truly enriched our dogs life. He has activities that keep him busy during the day and priceless interactions with the staff that keep him on his toes. We are at the point where our boy could stay home during the week but we would never take his day job away from him. He looks forward to it every morning. It’s our routine, we both go to work.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff here, especially Katie. Staff is efficient and sweet. My dog hates his nails trimmed and usually dreads it elsewhere.. I don’t know how Katie does it but she talks and soothes him and viola- not only his nails trimmed but she files them too. My dog never dreads getting his nails done here but is happy and excited
