“I can't begin to thank Air Comfort Complete for the work they did on my AC. We bought a house in Casper and had another company come out previously and the unit kept breaking down. I gave up on the other company and called this one. Not only were they responsive but Corbin took the time to explain to me what was going on and after two weeks of no ac during over 100 degree weather they came out and got it up and running. The previous company said I could not get air in one room due to something else and it's clear that was not the case because when Corbin fixed the problem was which contaminated fluid and completely cleaned out unit now the entire house is getting cooled including the room the other company claimed could not get air to it. They were helpful in numerous other ways as well when dealing with my warranty company who rejected our claim but even so they were willing to help us get what we needed for that. They are coming out next week to do a vent cleaning estimate and dryer vent clean out. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Thank you!“
