“I was greeted when I arrived, was immediately checked in and was asked if I had questions. Only waited 5 minutes prior to associate taking me to room to begin my exams. Then only waited 10 minutes for Dr exam. All went smoothly. Dr Edwards and his staff are professional, pleasant and friendly. The Dr answered all my questions.”

Dinged a couple of stars for communication. The Doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful- 5 star, but I did have to call twice to see why my glasses weren't in. First time they said wait a day, didn't get back to me. I called the beginning of the next week, and this time they called the lab and the lab didn't even have my frames yet. 7 to 10 days turned to 12 then to unknown. I understand the lab having issues is not their fault but when you run into something out of your control, communication with your customer is all you have left.”
