Yesterday I called City Service because we had an exhaust fan not working and “One”Company spend two days gave me a price of $2283 to replace the motor; so I called Bryan, he send a young man came in 20mins ( he knew we need the fan working badly) , he spend under one hour to found out was no power to the Motor. After had the power, the Fan runs smoothly! So I only going to pay one hour ( or little more) labor instead of $2283 pay someone to order the motor and replace it with Two days later!
