Ive been to quite a few smart styles and normally the stylist there are very kind and nice. This one unfortunately gave me the feeling they didn’t want me there. I made an appointment and went there. I walk in and see that the lady at the front desk is helping another customer, i wait patiently for her to be done with that customer and a phone call. When she did acknowledged me, she said “ you the perm” “ok, go sit down at the other wall”. And that was it. If I could give zero stars I would, I scheduled an appointment early this morning for after work. I walk all the way there in the heat just to see a sign saying "closed for personal reasons"And I didn't get any cancellation notice.Very unprofessional, and I would not recommend for anyone seriously looking for service.Service: Haircut
