Ashlyn pierced me and was very kind and sweet and kept making sure I was okay which I appreciated. I told her last piercing (from a different place) was awful and sort of traumatic experience. She was empathetic and put me at ease. I also said I'm a big people pleaser and have anxiety telling artists when I don't like something because I'm scared how they will react. She initially pierced it askew and I had trouble telling her that but she asured me it was okay and re-piercied me immediately at no charge which was incredibly kind. The 2nd round went great and is healing well. Thank you for giving me hope in piercers again :))“
