They said they would speak to their customers to ask to move some things to fit me in as I was without water. The guys arrived and found the problem right away, making quick work of it. They cut out the section of pipe and soldered in a new piece. They were reasonably priced and even accepted my $50 coupon I got from the county fair two years ago, glad I kept. I would recommend Comstock and will be using them again for any future needs.“

Did Appalachian provide superior service at a fraction of the price compared to their competitors? Yes, without a doubt. Are their additional services limited? It would appear so. I offered AJ $200 to blow on the back of my neck and ease the burden of this heatwave, but was told no such service is available.

Aside from that one small letdown, I’m very pleased with the experience.“
