He was at our home within an hour and worked until he was able to solve the 3 issues we had going on with it. I appreciate him coming out on a HOLIDAY weekend and helping to get us back up and running and making sure we did not end up with a larger issue down the road. He was kind, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He has earned a loyal customer for SURE. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. Thank you Terry! “Our water heater took a dump, on the weekend to boot... Contacted 3 different plumbers, Rob was the only one to get back to me (still). He returned my call not even an hour after I left a message. Asked a few questions, I sent a few pictures. We had a new water heater, expansion tank, and he was even able to replace our leaking pressure reducing valve too, all before dinner time the same day.
