“Our water heater took a dump, on the weekend to boot... Contacted 3 different plumbers, Rob was the only one to get back to me (still). He returned my call not even an hour after I left a message. Asked a few questions, I sent a few pictures. We had a new water heater, expansion tank, and he was even able to replace our leaking pressure reducing valve too, all before dinner time the same day. “This company did the original plumbing in my home. So when I had a issue with the disposal I gave them a call. The scheduling was prompt and very professional. Michael was on time and very helpful. I wanted the disposal taken out and regular drain put in. He informed me that the disposal was just jammed and he could easily fix it. He was very honest, he didn't have to tell me that.
