“Phil and team from RT services responded promptly when our water heater went out this past Saturday. The RT team showed up on time and were professional and courteous. The new tankless Rinnai water heater install was first rate and performs perfectly. Phil even took time to address a water pressure issue for one of our showers that was out of scope for the days work. He fixed what I thought would be a costly repair in minutes and for very little additional expense. RT Services is a first rate plumbing and HVAC company. I highly recommend them.“

“We had a leak under our sidewalk between the curb stop and house. Bobby came out quickly and gave us a detailed bid. He got to the house when he said he would and he and his team worked 12 hours to complete the installation. Our house is an old 1914 build and it took them 4 hours or so to drill through the rock/cement foundation that was almost 40 inches thick! They honored their original bid and I'm sure they spent more time getting through the foundation than anticipated.I cannot say enough good things about the work they preformed. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs from now on.“

Mr. Walters from Proffesional Plumbing is an astounding person. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet during this weekend and I gave Mr. Walters a call if he would be able to stop by and take a look at it. Without any questions asked Mr. Walters had came immediatly after I gave him a call. My kitchen faucet was leaking and was bad so we had to purchase a new one the same day. Mr. Walters had waited for us to purchase a new one from Lowes and after we bought a new one he had installed within minutes. He was so patient with us and incredibly proffesional and nice while we went out and purchased a new faucet. Truly incredible service!
