Mothers day weekend and I wake up to the sound of water leaking all over my basement. Called a few 25 hour places and no one answered. Terry answered, talked me through a few things and was at my house in an hour. Courteous, efficient, and didn't mind when my cat not so politely asked for a pet. Lol! Business card on the fridge.
