Update: Drew did get back to me and although he still didn’t apologize or recognize that they had done anything wrong, he did provide a full refund even though I only asked for 50% of the invoiced amount back.These guys are second rate plumbers and even worse business people. Plain and simple as that. I have used them in the past for very simple fixes and they were alright, but the guy Tim who has been out a few times just wants to caulk everything instead of doing it the right way. They showed up unannounced to my home while my cleaner was there and then proceeded to do 4 hours of work without solving the actual issue. In fact they made the issue worse.
