We had Comstock Plumbing in Ranson come out in late February to check our water heater. Our hot water was not lasting very long. Jay came out the next day. He called 30 mins before he arrived, which was nice so we were prepared. He discovered the bottom heating element was burnt out, and there was sediment inside the tank. He drained the tank, sucked out all the sediment, and replaced the bottom heating element. He was very friendly and helpful. He said the hot water should be working in about 3 or 4 hours. Called them near the end of the day after I discovered a busted pipe letting loose water in my crawl space. Zack with Comstock was able to come out within the hour and crawled through cold water in middle of winter to fix the issue. Prompt response and fair pricing, will continue to use them from now on.
