HRM turned a complete nightmare into a real home again. We had an old run down farmhouse that we doubted could even be restored. HRM exceeded our expectations; they were honest, fair with pricing and kept us informed throughout the process. If you need a contractor, look no further. We wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else should we require contractor services in the future!

This would have been 5 stars but had some communication problems. Was impressed with the HRM representative and the installation staff. They did exactly what they promised, in quick order. Not informed when scheduled appointment was cancelled due to weather conditions and had to reach out to find out when they anticipated rescheduling the job.
