“Very welcoming staff who genuinely care about you. On my first visit, the Dr came in and wanted to get to know me before starting my cleaning. You don’t see that kind of care at many dental offices. They take time to make sure you feel comfortable and answer any questions. Appointment was right on time and I never had to wait longer than a couple minutes at any point throughout my visit. Would absolutely recommend this place.“

“My family of four (2 parents, 2 kids) has been seeing Dr Reid since 2007 or 2008, and we could not be happier at East Grove! He's so funny and patient and really listens to my concerns. And I've found the hygienists to be 98% fantastic... had a scowl-y one once during COVID's initial insanity, but she was a floater if I recall correctly, and I have to give all of them grace during that time period... I was just grateful they were up and running as best they could. The reception team is is professional and friendly. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else!“

“Dr. Batchelor is and his dental assistants are excellent professionals. It had been *years* since I last went to the dentist because I didn't like how I was treated at the last office. I was always yelled at for not flossing (yes, I know I should, but I don't) and my dentist constantly kept scheduling me for various procedures done that I didn't want to get done (wisdom teeth extraction, fillings for teeth that didn't have cavities but were "in danger" of getting cavities, getting braces, etc.). When I spoke to Dr. Batchelor and his assistants about my issues with my last dentist, they did not pressure me to get procedures that I thought were unnecessary at the moment but still explained why I could think about it and revisit the issue later down the road. Getting my pearly whites cleaned is one reason to smile. Another reason is that after your appointment you can get a bottle of water and fresh baked cookie. I almost looked forward to my teeth cleanings every 6 months. If I still lived in the area I would definitely still be going here for my dental needs.“

“Dr. Endocot is world class. I am not a critic or dental connoisseur but I put doc up with the best dentists in the country and we are the best country in the world so that makes him pretty good. He has a nice personality also. The rest of the clinic is so so, I like the hygienists and assistants very much but cannot rate the other dentist the practice there.“
