We went with Hardie soffits/fascia/trim + new gutters.This was NOT an easy installation, nor an easy material to work with. The crew carefully removed the existing soffits and fascia; making sure not to damage the redwood siding. They then took the same care when installing the new material.In addition to working hard and great craftsmanship, the crews were friendly, cleaned up at the end of the day and asked any time they had a question. From start to finsih, Gardner (Hi Tim!) was great. At the time of estimate, we discussed what work was really needed vs all that could be done so we had the information we needed to make the right choice for our house and our budget. Execution - fantastic! The team that showed up was polite, clean, and efficient. On time and ready to go they made quick work of the tear off and new roof installation.Clean up - wow! The hubby did the walk around afterwards and was high in praise for the clean up. Then Tim (Hi Tim) came by next day to pick up unused material and do another clean up. Also - who knew brown flashing would look so much better on the roof? Amazing.Call them! You will not be sorry“

“I recently hired ACC to remodel my bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, ACC was communicative, courteous and professional. Chad was extremely helpful during the initial estimate phase, answering all my questions and assisting me with various decisions. He even offered options on what products to pick and how I could save money, which was fantastic. My project manager, Ed, was extremely communicative with me during the demolition/construction phase of the project, letting me know when the guys would be on site and advising me of small issues that needed to be addressed. Cindy, the office manager was awesome to work with, and she kept all these guys in the loop! The quality of the workmanship was top notch and the two guys who did all the labor were the kindest, even with my annoying cats :) I will definitely be hiring ACC again to help me accomplish two more large scale projects in the near future!“

“I’d highly recommend using RPM. We needed the trim on our house stained as well as our exterior doors painted. Troy who owns RPM was very responsive to our inquiry, had a bid in hand shortly and scheduled the work within our timeframe.We had two other bids and found RPM to be the best for price and service. Troy took the time to look at our old paint cans to match the stain. They were professional, personable and efficient.After the staining/painting was done Troy checked back with us as he wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied.We were very pleased with the work done and our whole experience working with RPM. “Due to some bad Dane County storms we have needed to have some vinyl siding repair work done on a few different occasions. After initially contracting with a couple of different local Madison area siding companies and then having received less than stellar work from them, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Service Project Manager Dwight T. at Waunakee Remodeling. Dwight has a great deal of hands on expertise in the industry, and that hands on experience has translated well to his management/leadership role with Waunakee Remodeling. In addition to his valuable hands on industry experience, he is very personable and communicates exceptionally well. Not only does he take the time to analyze the root problem, but clearly explains and illustrates the issue(s) in non-technical terminology. He has great character and has gone above and beyond to make recommendations and has provided me services that have saved me a great deal of money. Additionally, the techs/installers have done quality work without any miscommunications or need for follow-up. I’m not going to lie, I have heard stories that may not always bode well for other divisions of Waunakee Remodeling (e.g. Kitchen, Bathroom remodels), but Dwight T. and their Siding Division is amazing. Good quality contractors can be hard to find. But I feel lucky to have found both quality techs/estimators you can truly trust! I’d highly recommend this company for all your siding needs!
