We recently wrapped up our 2026 Parade Home with Chad, and we couldn't be happier with both the experience and the finished product. We just finished building our first custom home with Chad and Coogan Builders. We are both sad the experience has come to an end. Chad and his team were truly incredible to work with, from the first steps of laying everything out- to the final punch list and paint touch ups. We could not be happier with the final product, and would build another home with Coogan again in a heartbeat. From the attention to detail, and time he took to truly get to know our family was so meaningful. A HUGE heartfelt thank you to all at Coogan Builders!
We had a fantastic experience working with Coogan Builders. Chad was incredible—he truly brought our vision for our dream home to life exactly as we imagined. While building a custom home can be stressful, his organization, clear communication, and hands-on approach made the process feel manageable and seamless. He consistently made us feel like a priority every step of the way. A year later+, we’re still in love with our home and continue to receive great support from Chad (+ his subcontractors) for minor follow-ups. We highly recommend Coogan Builders!
