A1 Septic handled both our routine maintenance and an emergency with exceptional professionalism.
I emailed them at 10 PM for regular system pumping and had a response with available appointment times first thing the next morning. A few days later when our septic alarm went off, I called at 3 PM and they were at our house at 6 AM the next morning to inspect and pump the system.
Beyond the quick response times, their technician took the time to walk me through proper maintenance procedures, including how to clean the effluent filter and other preventive care steps. That kind of customer education is rare and appreciated.

Was Looking for a Septic Company that can explain how a Septic system works since we're new to owning a home with Well & Septic. I had my septic system at very high level at inspection. They had service here in twenty minutes and the gentleman walked me through everything. He was friendly and professional. Awesome, amazing service!
