I booked an appointment right before my vacation and was pleasantly surprised she had Spot open.
She was running late due to an appointment of hers that ran long. She let me know IMMEDIATELY and updated me when she could be available. Upon arriving to the salon, it was very clean and nicely decorated. She has a sanitation log out if you are wondering if she cleans her stuff. (She does).
I accidentally booked the wrong service and wanted fake nails. She was able to do the nails and polish before her next appointment.
My picture below is AFTER 2 days of working in a factory AND 6 days in 90-100 degrees temps. Along with digging through rocks and normal wear and tear.
She has a vast assortment of colors and wants to make sure your nails are perfect BEFORE you leave her salon.

I first met with Le-Anne at Norde Memorials back in early January. We wanted to set up a doublehead stone for my siblings who had left us several years ago. I also bought in my mother who didn't speak or understand much English to help us plan. Le-Anne was very patient & helpful towards us as I translated for my mom, she answered our questions and provided sample rock materials, sample shape sizes, and a thick book of designs we could pick from. She made the entire process so simple & even communicated directly with the cemetery to set up installation all on their own accord.
We continued to communicate over email overtime while playing the waiting game for the stone to be complete. She was always very responsive & helpful.
Finally in mid July, I received a phone call that installation was finalized. I headed to the cemetery to see it in person, and it was beautiful.
I will also say that I called another memorial company in the Wausau area 2x too when I was still shopping around for quotes. They never got back to me meanwhile Norde Memorial always did from the get go.

Dr. Thompson and her team provide unmatched care. Dealing with skin cancer is stressful, and as someone who hates being at the hospital, I was extremely anxious. I have never been to a salon that was as kind and personable as Allegra is at her salon. I was pleasantly surprised how I was able to choose so many preferences for my appointment while I was booking it from how much chit chat I would like to what kind of music I wanted. not only was the vibe so welcoming but the haircuts my daughter and I got were wonderful! She was also kind enough to respect my wish to wear masks during our appointment when I know it is not everyone's cup of tea so I really, really appreciated that.

Had Tiani do my hair and makeup for my wedding back in October. Gave her a few pictures to work with and she tried a few styles before we got the one. Very easy to talk to and work with and is almost always very responsive. My makeup was flawless and not overdone. She arrived on time and made sure I was happy with everything day of.

Gillian knocked it OUT OF THE PARK!! Showed a reference picture of a haircut with coloring, she walked me through base colors as I had to go darker to get the contrast I wanted, walked me through the steps she was doing while completely nailing every detail and any fixes or adjustments I asked for. I ended up with a rounded fade, small amounts of texture trimming off the top, a dark base coloring with highlights to contrast, and she styled my hair immaculately. Amazing personality and conversations felt normal, fun and welcoming. Overall, the salon was clean, I could tell the staff is like family with one another, very professional and supportive of each other, prices are justifiable for the premium products used and in my opinion, well above premium service you will be receiving. Thank you beyond words Gillian! You’re the BEST, will absolutely be back!

Abby Duffrin is our family’s go-to stylist! She has cut my boy’s hair and is great with them. She knows what to do without them telling her much- she just knows what to do! She’s also done my blonde highlights for the last 2+ years and nails it every time. She also taught me about doing “money piece” highlights to frame my face. I love the way she highlights. I had such a great experience getting my nails done by Leah! She did an absolutely amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with how my set turned out. She was so patient, took her time, and paid such close attention to all the little details. The shape, length, design, and finish all came out exactly how I wanted, and you can genuinely tell how much care she puts into her work.
Leah was also so sweet, welcoming, and easy to talk to throughout the whole appointment, which made the experience even better. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was happy with everything before finishing. My nails turned out so clean, detailed, and beautiful, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on them! You can tell she really cares about making sure her clients leave loving their nails.

I was traveling through Wausau for work & couldn’t fit in to my normal nail tech back home around my trip. After searching for a salon in Wausau that could help me remove overgrown nail extensions, I found Bella. The salon is clean, staff are very accommodating, and the pedicure massage is the best I’ve ever had! The pedicure massage was wonderful and focused on acupressure, which was very extremely enjoyable since I can be a little ticklish. A special thank you to James & Leanne for taking care of me! I will return.
I absolutely adore Gloss Nail Bar for its nail and toe services! They offer a wide variety of options and colors. My personal favorite is the Rose Gold Volcano Spa pedicure, which smells so good. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, ensuring a relaxing experience!
Brooke is absolutely amazing. I love booking appointments with her because she always just gets it. I give her 100% creative control over what I have done color wise and my hair always comes out better than imagined. I love booking out with her.
She’s also great with children. She did my son’s first haircut, and I was very anxious and nervous but he and she both did great. It was better than I expected it to be.

Kara fit me in to fix the ktips I had gotten done elsewhere that were falling out after just having them installed. I was feeling the bonds on the way home and they are a million times better and so smooth! She is super fun to talk with and I will definitely be going back for my next hair need.

I already had my hair short but they managed to give me a cuter cut. I have small wispy bangs although you can't see them since I moved them out of the way.

Dustin did a tattoo on my son for his 18th birthday. He was awesome to work with, nice to talk to and Brayden was very happy with the piece he did for him. They keep the shop very clean and professional and have all friendly artists! I'll definitely be going back to Imperial to have some cover ups done on myself and hopefully some new stuff.

I wish I could give more than five stars. I was in full-blown crisis mode when we abruptly lost water in both our barn and house. With horses, dogs, and our family to take care of I had no idea what I was going to do. I began calling around to see who could come out at 4 PM and get this fixed.
After a google search and several failed attempts with other businesses wanting money up front or pushing it off until the next day, I was able to get ahold of the office worker at River Valley. She asked lots of relevant questions and actually listened to what was happening. She had a strong suspicion of the problem and knew it might be an easy fix and had the plumber, Terry, call me. Within minutes he was able to talk me through a simple fix that had my water back!
Not only did River Valley Pluming save me hundreds of dollars by avoiding an emergency call, but also hours of stress and anxiety suffering with no water and potential frozen pipes! Next time anything plumbing related requires assistance I know they will be my first and only call!

Working with George has been amazing! He helped take care of our landscaping during warmer months, and assisted with snow removal during the winter. George was always very communicative, and did a great job pointing out areas that may need additional attention. George even went above and beyond and helped keep an eye on our property while we were out of town for an extended period of time. I can’t recommend him enough!
Mark did an excellent job on our upper patio, 8' high retaining wall, lower patio, swimming pool base and fire pit. The work was completed in 2018. Mark was very picky when it came to the job he was doing. The following year he did our front door stoop and a walkway from the stoop. In 2021 he did a walkway from our upper patio to our swimming pool. In 2022 he did a walkway from our driveway to our front door. So far everything is holding up very well with no issues and the work Mark did is still looking fantastic. However I had a loose block and I called him to fix it. He his not very responsive and hard to get hold of. If it is something where he would be getting paid for he is then very responsive. I suggest if it is something that needs to get fixed after he has finished the job is to hold back a certain amount of money until that something is fixed.Services: Walkway landscaping

REVI built our gorgeous fire pit and paver sidewalk in front of our lake home. Their attention to detail and craftsman-like work are second to none. Shawn and Andy were awesome. After dealing with a few weather delays, the finished project is beautiful. We are more than pleased with the final results. We will highly recommend them to anyone who would ask.
I had a large branch fall a couple weeks ago. Called The Tree Fella Co and they were able to come out the same day to clean things up for me. They returned this week to take down the rest of the tree. Communications from start to finish were great. The crew did a great job both times they were out. I was especially impressed with them taking the time to answer questions I had and with the clean up they did before leaving. Price was reasonable. I will definitely be a return customer when I need future tree services.

While I wouldn’t recommend getting a root canal in the first place, I do highly recommend going to Dr. Aicher if you do need a root canal. I have brushed and flossed my whole life but I have resorption in a back molar which required a root canal to fix. Apparently this is a somewhat rare condition that seems to be hereditary in my family. The process is broken down into three steps and so far, the first two steps of the actual root canal have been a breeze. Dr. Aicher definitely knows what he’s doing and each visit, I in was in and out in less than an hour and had no pain during or after the canal. Also highly recommend Michaela as an assistant, she is great. Thanks for saving my rebellious back molar!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Schult for over 26 years. She is wonderful! When I was younger I had major anxiety about going to the dentist and would cancel my appointments. She was so patient with me and we worked around all of my issues. Now I actually look forward to going and seeing her. :) Highly recommend!

I spent more than half of my life with degenerative disc disorder in my neck. I had a pinched nerve due to this and a constant sharp pain in my right shoulder. Excellent Vet! Our Bernease Mountain Dog was acting sick and we thought he may have been bitten by a tic. Dr Arnold was able to get him in right away for examination. It turned out that he had swallowed something large and there was actually something lodged in his intestines. Dr. Arnold immediately let us know, and the following day went into surgery for removal. Everything went as planned and we have our Dog back healthy as can be. Thanks to all the wonderful staff!!

I have HEDS and lots of scar tissue in my back. Unfortunately, I don't know I need a massage until I NEED it, so its important for me to get in ASAP. I only go to Meow Meow (I'm probably butchering her name, sorry!) so I will call ahead to make sure she is available and have always been able to get in same day. She works it all out SO WELL! She'll use tiger balm and massage down to your glutes to get all that tension out. Shes very receptive to feedback and so kind too. Prices really can't be beat. 100/10, love coming here!

Jordan is the best! He was the kindest person to talk to while I had my massage. Jordan went slow and was careful while he relieve tensions in my muscles. He asked me if I was doing okay while the massage was going on. This was my first massage with him. I got the 60 minutes and the all over massage. I recommend getting a message from him! I will definitely come back to get another massage soon!

A wonderful experience leaves you feeling like your whole body released endorphins. After 1 hour I was so relaxed. My mind felt like mush. I wish I had a driver to take me home. I highly recommend Exhale. It’s so therapeutic. For the price you cannot go wrong.
