Gillian knocked it OUT OF THE PARK!! Showed a reference picture of a haircut with coloring, she walked me through base colors as I had to go darker to get the contrast I wanted, walked me through the steps she was doing while completely nailing every detail and any fixes or adjustments I asked for. I ended up with a rounded fade, small amounts of texture trimming off the top, a dark base coloring with highlights to contrast, and she styled my hair immaculately. Gillian did an amazing job with my haircut and highlights. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The cut looks clean, the highlights blend naturally, and everything came out looking fresh without being overdone.
She was also incredibly helpful when it came to recommending products for my wavy hair. Instead of generic suggestions, she pointed me toward products that actually work for my hair type and styling routine. My hair is easier to manage, looks healthier, and has much better texture and definition.
