I first met with Le-Anne at Norde Memorials back in early January. We wanted to set up a doublehead stone for my siblings who had left us several years ago. I also bought in my mother who didn't speak or understand much English to help us plan. Le-Anne was very patient & helpful towards us as I translated for my mom, she answered our questions and provided sample rock materials, sample shape sizes, and a thick book of designs we could pick from. She made the entire process so simple & even communicated directly with the cemetery to set up installation all on their own accord.

Le-Ann went above and beyond for our family during a very emotional situation. We live in Florida and were visiting Wisconsin when we stopped by our son’s grave at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. We noticed his headstone had been moved, most likely from a lawn mower, and it was upsetting to see.
Le-Ann immediately stepped in to help us. She coordinated with her team and the cemetery staff to make sure the headstone was properly put back into place. She even personally drove to the cemetery herself to ensure everything was done correctly and sent us pictures afterward for peace of mind.
