Now and Zen Massage is an absolute calming and relaxing experience. From the minute you walk into your massage to the end- you are made comfortable and are released from any stress and aches you had. I’m always counting the days until my next massage!

I felt very comfortable for my first massage! I loved that she didn’t treat me as if I was fragile just because I was pregnant. 10/10 recommend for all expecting moms. Great way to relax!

I took my boyfriend to his first massage ever. We got a couples massage and both felt good as new afterwards. Very professional and kind. One of the better massages I’ve had in the Wausau area. Will definitely go back.

Now and Zen has been part of the Wausau community since April of 2017. Our practice is located at 1415 Merrill Avenue in Wausau, WI. We have convenient, free parking onsite and can be found on the main floor (Suites 180). We provide massage, hot stone sessions, couples massage, prenatal care, and cupping. Please come see us soon!
