“We called about a slow toilet and by happy chance they had a cancellation, and Terry was at our house 20 minutes later. Snaked out toilet and that was that. Apparently I sleep-flushed a pantyliner. Super professional and answered some questions about plumbing that were unrelated to our toilet. We had a fantastic conversation about our experiences growing up in the northwoods and visiting the UP.
I think everybody has a story about post Covid service calls being outrageously expensive. When he told us what we owed it was I thought we were being under charged. I will forever recommend this company as long as it's in Terry's hands.
