I want to express how much this vet clinic catered to the comfort of our passing dog. They treated us with so much respect and gave us time to grieve. I am so eternally greatdul for VCA's vets and staff. Thank you so much.
About VCA Companion Care Animal Hospital
VCA Companion Care Animal Hospital is a kind and caring place for pets, particularly during end-of-life services. The staff, including the compassionate Dr. Mitchel, are friendly and use fear-free practices to help pets feel comfortable. They follow up with clients to check on their pets' wellbeing, ensuring a high level of care.
The hospital offers a range of treatment options, explaining them in an easy-to-understand way for pet owners, along with associated costs. While some clients feel that cleanliness could be improved, many express gratitude for the dedication and long hours the staff put in to ensure the well-being of their patients.
Clients are happy with the care and treatment their pets receive. Dr. Swenson and the staff are truly amazing, always working clients into the schedule for concerns or emergencies. They take the time to answer all questions and provide very good care to the pets. The staff, such as Gillian, are wonderful and listen to the clients' concerns, and they even play soothing bird noises, which clients appreciate.

100% recommend this vet clinic! I moved to the area last fall and brought my dog in for his typical seasonal allergy issues. The vet explained all my options in detail and gave me a full quote with my options before performing any services. After my appointment, my dog had an unexpected allergic reaction to a medication. I called them and less than ten minutes later he was being seen and treated. The staff is unbelievably kind, calm and understanding. Will definitely be continuing to bring my pets here.

Weren't there for a happy visit, but the staff made this not so happy visit easier. Thank you to all the people who took care of our sweet girl, and do things like this every day. It's not easy, but you guys are doing amazing despite that. Again, thank you.
