“This was my first visit to this clinic. I completed the online registration prior to the visit, which made checking in very quick and easy. The doctor was running a little behind so I waited about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be called back to an exam room. I do not get upset when I have to wait, because in my mind, if I were the patient who needed the extra time, I would not want the doctor to rush through my appointment just to keep on schedule. Jenna called me back to the exam room and was friendly and professional. Once changed into the gown, I did not have to wait long for the doctor to come in. The exam went well. Dr. Duncanson was very thorough. He explained what each area of concern was, offered treatment options, proceeded with my choice of treatment and asked multiple times if I had any other skin concerns. I felt seen, heard and respected.”
