“Excellent customer service! Quick to respond by phone and seemed to have a genuine interest in doing what is right for the customer and being fair with pricing. I would not hesitate to contact them again when I have plumbing issues.”
“We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Koenen’s Water Works Plumbing! We couldn’t be happier with our new walk-in shower. The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. The team was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly and paid close attention to every detail. Our new shower looks absolutely beautiful and has completely transformed our bathroom. They were respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and completed the project with great care and on-time.
We are so pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone considering a bathroom or shower upgrade. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!”
“I can't recommend Solofra enough! Prompt, responsive, friendly, and professional all around. Tiffany in the office was AMAZING at looking into the best, most budget friendly, and fastest options for our unexpected water heater replacement, getting one in stock and on its way to us within hours. Marcus did a great job with the installation, leaving our basement clean and answering all my questions without talking down to me like some service professionals tend to do. This isn't the first time they've helped us in an emergency, and I highly recommend them! We'll be calling them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future (but hopefully no more emergencies lol)! Thanks so much!”
