“We noticed our 10 year old water heater leaking onto the basement floor the morning of Thanksgiving. Ughhh! I was pleasantly surprised when I called Waukesha Plumbing the following morning and Dave answered the phone. As instructed by Dave I texted him some pictures of the water heater. He promptly called me back. His suppliers were not available for the holiday weekend but as luck would have it, he did have one 40 gallon water heater on hand that he explained would be sufficient for two people living in a condo. He was at our condo within a couple hours. He said that he tries to accommodate for at least one emergency incident per day as ours surely was on the holiday weekend. Our new water heater was installed within a couple hours and our leaking one hauled away. Dave was courteous, knowledgeable, and his work was fairly priced. “Had frozen pipes last night (Sunday) and left a message with their answering service - called me right away when they opened Monday morning. Came out at 10:00 during the worst of the cold snap and got me squared away quickly. Have used them in other repairs, a couple of them emergencies. Cannot say enough about them.“
