“Can't say enough good about Rock-Well Well and Pump Service!!! Our issue started last fall with a noisy pump drawing just enough amps without tripping a breaker. 1st well guy said see if it'll make it till spring as the ground was frozen at that time. Never contacted us again with a quote? Pump motor finally quit working so we contacted another local Well company who came out and said 2-3 weeks before they could dig but they'd get us a quote by end of day. On the 3rd day I called Rock -Well! In just 3 days our well was brought up to code and was running water with a brand-new pump!! We were very impressed with both Dave Rock and his employee Steve on their knowledge and get her done attitude to get us back in service! Easy to see these guy's have 16 yrs of working together as Steve provided tools and parts just before the boss had to ask for them. Made for a quick smooth job for sure! “The switch must have shorted out on our well head and caused the insulation to catch fire. Not knowing what caused it at the time, police and fire responded to extinguish the fire. We mentioned that we do business with Maas, we heard nothing but good things about them. We were grateful that Charlie and his partner came on a holiday weekend. Despite the bitter cold, they spent a couple hours replacing everything up top. We expected a hefty bill, given the circumstances. But we were so pleased with the invoice.
