I can't recommend Solofra enough! Prompt, responsive, friendly, and professional all around. Tiffany in the office was AMAZING at looking into the best, most budget friendly, and fastest options for our unexpected water heater replacement, getting one in stock and on its way to us within hours. Marcus did a great job with the installation, leaving our basement clean and answering all my questions without talking down to me like some service professionals tend to do. This isn't the first time they've helped us in an emergency, and I highly recommend them! The most difficult part of hiring any professional is to find one that is extremely knowledgeable in their field and one that you can fully trust. Solofra plumbing is that and more! I have used then many times over the past several years and have never once tried to sell me products I did not need and always try and fix equipment before replacing. I really appreciate them being local and have recommended them to many people. If you want someone you can trust and will do the job correctly professionally and friendly these are the people to call!
Prompt, professional and affordable. Our less than 6 year water heater needed to be replaced and they were able to get us in right away to replace it. I sent in an estimate request and almost immediately got a response back and had everything set up within less than 24 hours. Tiffany was wonderful to talk with and Marcus did a phenomenal job, worked quickly and efficiently and held conversation like he'd known us for years. 10/10 recommend and will be using their services for the future.
