“Above and beyond service. A/C stopped working Friday afternoon. Called and asked if someone could come out early Saturday due to the heat and elderly family members needing to have the cool air.

Service tech arrived early Saturday. Diagnosed and fixed the unit in under 30 minutes taking extra time to rinse the coils and change the filter.

“Connor and Kevin installed our new hot water heater on Monday after I made an emergency call on Saturday that the old one was leaking, etc. Joe was out within a couple hours on Saturday to assess the situation after Emily had contacted him. They ordered a new hot water heater and had it installed as promised by Monday. Connor and Kevin did an amazing job and were very kind and informative. “I could not be happier with American Comfort Solution. We had a stressful situation where another contractor accidentally pierced our radiant floor heating tube, causing a leak. I first called a plumber, who charged $200 for the service call AND I realized quickly when the dispatched plumber arrived that he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He tried to hit me with what felt like predatory pricing—quoting $1,000−$2,500 on top of the service call fee.

I decided to get another opinion and called American Comfort Solution (recommended by gemini). I was able to speak with William directly and he gave me a rough quote right over the phone, which confirmed that the plumber was trying to take advantage of me. William and Mike came by later that week and quickly fixed the leak for just $236 total, with no service call fees.

Because of that great experience, I had them come back the following week to install a Heat/AC system in my finished barn and service our existing AC units. All their pricing was incredibly fair, and they were super easy to work with and schedule. They were even able to efficiently knock out a lot of extra things while on the same service call. I will absolutely be using them going forward (they are in fact coming back later this week for more work). I’m thrilled to have a reliable, honest HVAC team here in Salem!“

“Everything Mechanical installed my complete HVAC system about 4 years ago. I'm a retired Industrial Maintenance Superintendent and solicited quotes from many local HVAC companies. They all wanted to sell me equipment that I didn't want at ridiculous prices. Everything Mechanical got me the system that I wanted, at a fantastic price, with a 10-year warranty. Today that system had issues caused by spiders, getting into the system, and causing 2 parts to fail. Not the 1st time I've seen it happen before. “Furnace went out. After playing the YouTube mechanic I realized I was in over my head. I called and 2 seasons picked up on a Saturday. Of the three companies that answered, 2 seasons had the lowest hourly rate and they had the second best reviews. They scheduled me for same day weekend service with no extra charge. They had to replace the unit and came back the next day (Sunday) and installed.

The mechanic, Mike, was friendly, hard working, and great at communicating the solution.

I don’t see myself bothering to call anybody else in the future. These folks made this an easy, no regrets choice.“
