Tai was on time and very nice and professional. Did the walk through and started right away. Didn't take that long and was able to pay my bill right there, very convenient. I used RHA before again with no complaints or regrets. Thanks RHA

Max Bradshaw was on time, and thorough when he came for our furnace tune up. We now have peace of mind. The temperatures have been brutal this week and we wanted to be sure our heat stayed on. Called for service and was able to get an appointment within the week. Katie who answered in the call was very transparent with my options for service so I could make a decision. Technician Dan came out a few days later and was able to assess the situation quickly. He offered some tips/advice until they could perform the repair a couple days later. On the day of service, the team came, did the job and were out. Very professional. Cleaned up the work area. polite and friendly. Would highly recommend the team at Rosenthal Heating and Cooling
