Of the three companies that answered, 2 seasons had the lowest hourly rate and they had the second best reviews. They scheduled me for same day weekend service with no extra charge. They had to replace the unit and came back the next day (Sunday) and installed.

The mechanic, Mike, was friendly, hard working, and great at communicating the solution.
