“Nick was outstanding he really did a great job I can't thank you enough for staying late to finish for me seeing as I broke mine and came in at 6 with a 7pm close time. I was in and out in under 2 hrs Exam then time picking the frames and then making them. I am waiting for the second pair because they are progressive lenses so it will take about 2 weeks. The fact that I was out of state and needed a pair was so upsetting but he made it super seamless and painless. His knowledge and expertise was so welcomed. I will keep updating this review as the process continues till I get the 2nd pair and then when I return to get contacts. I was so looking forward to doing this because the last time I got glasses I had over a year trying to get them correct and it didn't happen so thank you for coming to work today Nick because you made a difference.“

“I was a last minute appointment. I had never been to this neighborhood optometrist, but I had a problem with my eye and they were not only recommended by my insurance, but they had evening hours! Very accommodating, especially considering I was an emergency patient. Nice waiting room... cute little heater and everything, for the winter season, I'm sure. Glasses for you to browse are not in the waiting area, so you don't feel pressured to buy. Oriented as a true Dr.'s office. Didn't wait long. Staff was VERY friendly. Pleanty of reading material. While you can tell they have been there a while, and a bit dated, you can totally tell that they know what they are doing. You can tell they are working with what they have though...the doctor was joking a bot how hea can use a bit more counter space! Treated well and we all laughed together when we realized that my eye pain was due to a terrible case of "red holiday glitter". That's what I get for decorating my own xmas ornaments! Going to make another appointment today, for some glasses.“

“I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted (I didn't get them from here) I didn't get names but both the woman and the man who helped me were very sweet. Don't believe the lies on their reviews. The woman who complained that the man touched her child, first of all she wasn't watching her children and her child put one of those suction cups in her mouth! So yes he quickly acted and got it out of her mouth. Just because she didn't care about the safety of her child doesn't make him a monster for caring. That woman needs to learn to be a parent plain and simple. Both people working here are amazing and caring and very sweet. I recommend everyone go here for their eyeglass needs.“

“I went in for an eye exam today. So first let me say that my prior eye exam a year ago was done at shopko optical in pleasant prairie. I was very unhappy with Shopko so I decided not to use my insurance and go with America's best. Jeremy did my pre exam but he was very friendly and welcoming. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my test. Then my eye exam came and I saw Dr Joshua Rinde he was amazing. Very friendly again I felt very comfortable and at ease. I've had eye glasses ever since I was 5 years old and I always saw the same doctor but he retired. Thankfully I found Dr Rinde he is just as wonderful as my old doctor was. I can't say enough good things about this doctor. Now exam is done and I go out to pick my frames the woman who helped me Danielle was so sweet and understanding. She answered all my questions and helped me make all the right choices with my budget. There was another woman who helped me as well and her name is Vanessa she was just as sweet and wonderful. She adjusted my old glasses that I came in with so they are more comfortable than they were. Both Danielle and Vanessa are wonderful. I didn't feel rushed at all I really felt like they cared and in a world where customer service is dying America's Best is a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I felt like everyone really cared about my needs. I recommend everyone go to this location I'll never go anywhere else again.“
