I went in for an eye exam today. So first let me say that my prior eye exam a year ago was done at shopko optical in pleasant prairie. I was very unhappy with Shopko so I decided not to use my insurance and go with America's best. Jeremy did my pre exam but he was very friendly and welcoming. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my test. Then my eye exam came and I saw Dr Joshua Rinde he was amazing. Very friendly again I felt very comfortable and at ease. I've had eye glasses ever since I was 5 years old and I always saw the same doctor but he retired. Thankfully I found Dr Rinde he is just as wonderful as my old doctor was. I had a very good experience here for an eye exam. The pre check and the doctor visit were done well and with modern technology instead of something out of the 1950s. I always ask for my prescription when finished and purchase my glasses elsewhere because I can find better prices, but some places treat you very poorly when you ask for your prescription. This place was totally cool with me getting my lens prescription and heading out. They even have a sign on the door saying that they accept prescriptions from other locations.I will probably stick with this place.

I was very happy with customer service from Cheryl for all the help she was with me . She went on and beyond what she really had to do . I would highly recommend America’s Best and Cheryl to go to for your eye appointment and glasses. When I came in her lunch was delivered and she would not even take the time to eat instead she worked with me right away even though I told her to eat her lunch first . She was very caring about my time instead.Thank You
