Octavia is one of the most charming and respectful man that I have met in a very long time. Initially I only wanted the deadwood and some limbs cleaned out of a large tree in my front yard. But he observed some bushes and trees in the backyard that needed attention also. He meticulously outlined and explained what he would have his crew do to each bush/tree and made sure I understood. He quoted a VERY reasonable price for the amount of work being done. I expected that it would be several weeks before his crew would start on my project, but they showed up just one week after Octavio's estimate. The crew of 4 men were efficient hard working and most courteous, thanking me several times after I brought a case of bottled water out for them. The cleanup of the worksite was almost sterile even taking some yard debris that wasn't part of the project. I highly recommend this team/business for any yard projects you might have in mind.

How wonderful to know this local company is proactive in a high school apprenticeship program. Even if HVAC is not a future career choice, the following a mentors instructions, completing the job correctly, respectful customer service, communication skills, and representing the company by their attitude, abilities and actions are all equally important for success. It was a totally enjoyable experience & then we found a surprise gift had been delivered to our front door!

Fantastic service and excellent work. Our sons blanket looked like an animal mauled it. The blanket had some very large holes of shredded fabric. The blanket was also partially made of a very difficult to work with bamboo fabric. They were able to put it back together and did a fantastic job.
