I wish there was a yes & no option. I have been going here for YEARS! I like both Drs and the staff. I always was happy to support a local place. We never bought our glasses here because they're overpriced. We just had our first appointment since they became part of "My eye dr" & there's an expensive contact fitting fee now. When you multiply that fee times everyone in the family it's too much. Sadly I think we'll have to go somewhere else.

Have always gone to Thomas Eye Care me me and the family. They have since sold out to Myeyedr. Wow... What a mistake. I have called 2 times and both times I was on hold for OVER an hour... btw... current phone call is at 1 hour 5 minutes!. I just left there, well just over an hour ago anyway, and needed to call them back for a question. NO body was there for me to be on hold this long. 1h 6 min and still going.... poor!
