Meijer has been my go to optical for the past couple of years, and it’s always been a quick and easy visit! The staff, especially Karissa is always a pleasure and makes my visit a breeze. she even convinced me to step out of my comfort zone with a new frames that I absolutely love! Also it’s convenient that they send reminder emails of any upcoming appointments.
I only gave 2 stars because the doctor who helped me was quite nice, tho he quit....The 2 girls there are RUDE RUDE RUDE!Arrived 10 min before open snd was the 1st there, 4 people came after 2 whom asked why they weren't open and were told "We have 2 more minutes"..... then, she tried to take people before me when I patiently waited quietly... wow...Went back to get my glasses and JUST AS RUDE! I will find another place for sure... there's plenty who would love my money.
