The entire staff created a positive atmosphere filled with kindness, humor, and great customer service. The optometrist who performed my exam was encouraging, professional, and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
One thing that really stood out was how friendly everyone was, not just the staff, but even other customers. I had a pleasant conversation with a father and daughter while waiting, and their kindness added to the warm environment. It truly felt like a place where people enjoy being.
The only thing to keep in mind is that appointments are required, as walk-ins are not accepted. However, the experience was absolutely worth the wait.
