“Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. “We can't say enough about Soft Water. Brett came and eplained the problem (too much iron in the water) and possible solutions. A few days an iron filter and new pressure tank was installed by Randy.The plumber, Elliott, came 2 days later to install an outdoor spigot we requested and we mentioned that we noticed decreased water pressure in the kitchen sink. On his own he called Kohler and ordered new parts which we found out were under warranty. He came and replaced the faucet head and "the box" under the sink as soon as the parts came interested. Today Logan came to clean out our water softener. Everyone was professional, quick to address our questions and needs and explained everything thoroughly.“
