Was super informative, understanding and helped me save money on my repairs. Other companies told me I needed a whole new system which would have been $20,000 while he came in and replaced two parts for a couple hundred dollars. Watch out for the large companies that don't want to do repairs on your old systems and just want to make money off of new installations for way more money.
Todd has provided amazing service to us for 20 years. The very first time we called was about our furnace not working, we had recently bought the house. Kim said, check the door and make sure it didn't get bumped open. We did and that was it. Since then that is who we call. He has kept our 35 year old air going for years. Today he came, and thought a simple repair would keep it going for the rest of the season but it really blew this time. We ordered a new one. The most honest informative guy you will ever meet. I give him 20 stars!!!!
