I love the mix between hot and non-hot classes and the accessibility of the classes for all yoga levels. The variety of class times available makes it possible for me to regularly attend after work, which I love! Truly happy I found this amazing community. I highly recommend YogaOne studio whether you’re new to yoga or just looking for a new place to practice!“

I like working out on the reformer, it feels like you're "cheating" at exercise. The instructors are excellent and always change things up to keep it interesting. They incorporate a lot of props (Bosu balls, soft balls, bands, magic circles) and offer a lot of class options (TRX, Cardio, Barre). The front desk staff is efficient and professional. And everyone: instructors, staff, other members, is friendly. I babysit for two toddlers twice a week and wouldn't be able to do so if not for Pilates. I wish I could give them more than five stars.“

17301 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield“I've joined plenty of gyms in hopes that they would help me get in shape and become healthier. Isn't that what a gym is for? Instead, I usually was talked down to like a little kid, judged for being overweight by the staff and other members. However, as a massage therapist, I regularly tell my clients that the best exercise for their core and back is pilates, yoga, or barre. Taking my own advice, I decided to try a free session at Club Pilates - Brookfield to see if I would like it. I enjoyed the session so I started out with 4 classes to see if I would continue to like it. The staff is always energetic and friendly. Not an ounce of judgement just continuous help and encouragement. You're always greeted by name as they are truly happy to see you. The class sizes are no more than 12, which allows the trainer to give individual attention. The club is always spotless, especially the restrooms. The other patrons are friendly and usually there are shared laughs during the class. The trainers are extremely knowledge about the muscles and how they work and don't push you to go beyond your limit - giving you modifications if you need them. They're very conscientious of injuries but also encourage you to challenge yourself (Stephanie, Brooke, and Rebecca are great at that). I've fallen in love with this place and have moved to an unlimited membership - something I have never done and I think it's well worth it.“

The hands on portion gave me the confidence to begin practicing Reiki on myself and family. After completing the class there is a 21 day Reiki cleanse. I am in the process of doing the cleanse and it has been truly life changing. I have felt very loved and supported by Daneen not only during the class but also as I continue to grow in my Reiki practice. I look forward to taking Reiki level II in the near future.“

“Zero judgement here. No ego. Just you and your mat. Really great intro if your planning to start hot yoga. They offer 3 classes for $15 then you can purchase blocks of 10 or 20 classes that don't expire (or other memberships) and go when you please. I found this studio when I was struggling with my health, heart health ecspecially so I went into this very open but also not sure what to expect. I first met Ellen and she was so nice and reassuring and did some of poses next to me if i wasnt sure. I was hooked! If your looking for a faster pace I'd recommend Chandler. She's a great powerhouse and keeps you really moving! My personal favorite is Susan! ? We've chatted about expectations and finding your inner grouding. She has given me alot of tips and support through my journey. She always reassures that it's going to be hard but this is your practice and you know your body best. I feel like I leave her classes mentally and emotionally refreshed. I'd highly recommend this studio. I will say leave early to find parking and they do close the doors when class starts so don't get locked out!“

5326 W Vliet St, Milwaukee“I took my first classes this week with Ammie and Joan and they were amazing. The instructors were warm and welcoming and you could sense that they were very experienced - they had the quiet yogi presence. My first class was super intense because I didn’t hydrate very well prior, but I did the second class and it flowed and was super challenging but also expanding. I’ve take other types of yoga over the years and Bikram is a different animal! I think I might be addicted ?“

She was the most down to earth, genuine, compassionate, professional and thorough caregiver I could ever asked for. From prenatal to postpartum (even though I wasn’t able to give birth at Authentic - I had COVID complications and was hospitalized for O2 issues - I went to the ER and stayed for about 3 days to be monitored/have baby), Jessie absolutely amazing. Especially postpartum. I simply cannot thank her and their team enough for everything they did for us. It pains me to see the negative reviews about Authentic, or Jessie specifically because she is literally the sweetest most knowledgable Midwife a mother could dream of. I trust any decision she has or will make wholeheartedly. 100% recommended ?“
“Hands down the best place to go for wellness treatments! My wife loves this place, especially for massage, and so many options to stay healthy and fit.“

1930 W Bluemound Rd Suite 100, Waukesha“I had the opportunity to practice at Everyday Bliss on multiple occasions in June. Being a seasoned yoga practitioner for over 20 years I found the classes to be well structured with a grounding beginning a build up to a peak pose followed by an appropriate savasana to assimilate the physical, energetic and mental benefits of the class. The space is clean and welcoming with abundant natural light. I always approach a new studio with curiosity and openness in order to expand my experience of yoga practices which are vast.I attended one of the many events hosted here and enjoyed the energy of the community that shone through as well as the experience of the eventI also took advantage of the student massage service available during my stay... all up a great business that nurtures body mind and soul.“

He space is warm and inviting and she was empathetic to my worries. She worked on my problem areas and was able to work around an injury while still focusing on the area. She really knows her stuff! I will definitely be back. Thank you Catrina!“

“I am a dental hygienist and I have been wanting to try this studio out since the yoga studio in Germantown did not survive the Pandemic. This studio is excellent. The Energy the studio provides is exactly what I needed. I have been in Kathy's Friday class and other classes with Diane. Both of them made me feel very Welcomed as a new person to the studio. The shoulder work and overall yoga stretches have been perfect and my body is grateful for this place and the experience. I have already used 5 of my 10 sessions in a two week period and I look forward to getting back into my routine of in person yoga 1-2 x a week. Thank-You Peace Yoga Studio!“
