I just finished my first month at YogaOne in Cedarburg. The “New Student” rate is a great option if you’re thinking about making yoga a regular part of your routine. I love the diversity of classes offered, the super friendly and approachable teachers, and the overall community feel of this studio. You will definitely feel welcomed and encouraged at any level. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a studio in Ozaukee area - especially if you enjoy heated classes!

YogaOne has a variety of talented instructors and a great range of classes and class times offered. I’ve enjoying diving into classes over the past two months and the instructors have been so supportive and knowledgeable. I’m excited to continue my yoga journey here!

I am a 74 year old male who decided to take a modicum of responsabiltiy for my daily health by enrolling in a yoga practice. Fortunitly I found Yoga One. Yoga for me at this age has been challenging to say the least but the instructors have been accomidating and supportive. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in the practice of yoga in a comfortable and caring environment!
